These discount resource services are for faculty, staff, and students who are paying for their own relocation/move.

Nino & Associates Inc. - provides comprehensive relocation services for all our incoming and outgoing faculty, staff, residents, fellows, and students. All of Nino's relocation consultants are in-house licensed realtors who can personally assist in a seamless transition with the following services:
- Apartment Locating & Residential Leasing - Free service for those individuals wanting to rent apartments, condos, townhouses, or other single family dwellings.
- Home Purchase - Work with one real estate agent as a Buyer's Broker that does not represent the seller and must place the sole interest of the buyer first.
- Medical Center Corporate Housing - Choose from over 100 near-by units for immediate access.

Wells Fargo Relocation Mortgage Program - is now offering all incoming UTHSC-H faculty, employees and students (including foreign nationals) relocating to Houston, the following benefits:

Westhemier Transfer & Storage Co., Inc. - For over a century, this company has assisted Houstonian's on the move. They are a part of the Allied Van Lines System, so if you are moving across town or to any other part of the globe, they can make it happen.
