Executive & Business Coaching — Coaching is a new technology and discipline that is wholly different than consulting and counseling. Consulting focuses on the (what) specific organizational dynamics or business' process improvements within an organization. Coaching differs from counseling in that coaching primarily deals with the present to the future, where counseling deals with issues that have to be resolved from the past to the present.
Coaching creates a co-equal collaborative relationship that focuses on the who (you) instead of the what and creates synergy to assist you in becoming more effective in the workplace and transform potential into results and removes barriers to peak performance. Additionally, coaching provides a process for challenging and supporting people to continually explore new ideas and expand their capacity to produce results by acquiring and increasing skills and competencies in areas such as leadership, communication, conflict & stress management, and interpersonal relationships.
