Packet includes: assignment of parent to a Family Resource Specialist, in-depth consultation on choosing child care, educational materials individualized to the parent's needs, verification that each child care provider has an opening for the child(ren), printed detailed information on each child care provider, and referrals to parenting classes and support groups.
