Ford Partner Recognition Program - Offers substantial savings on most Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Mazda, Volvo, Jaguar, and Land Rover vehicles. Some exclusions exist. Please see website for details.
The program is open to all university employees (full, part-time, casual, etc.; anyone who receives a check that states 'University of Texas' on it), and their spouses. A pay stub is required at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, students are not eligible, unless they are also employed by the university in some capacity.
- Click on the website link above, ( if you should se e a white pop-up screen ' Certificate Name Check ' please just click continue as this is a glich that Ford is working to remove) enter partner code UTXAU , and click on USA, then submit, and it will take you to the Welcome 'University of Texas Participant page'.
- Although the program is available through all U.S. dealers, dealer participation is voluntary. If for some reason your dealer elects not to participate, you may visit another dealer.
- Generate a PIN-#, call the desired dealer and speak with the the fleet sales manager about dealer participation and pricing. Identify yourself as a program partner participant. The X-plan is for Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Volvo and Land Rover. The S-plan is for Mazda. Upon arrival at the dealership, identify yourself as an eligible participant, ask the salesperson for a copy of the dealer invoice to confirm the pre-determined plan price. The plan price is noted on the dealer invoice (except for Land Rover).
- Partner recognition participants are eligible for all public incentives and many incentives normally paid to the dealer. Ask your dealer.
