The recently renovated, modern space is located on the first floor of the Dental Branch at 6516 M. D. Anderson Blvd. at Moursund Avenue.

“The Dental Branch and the UT Health Science Center at Houston are very excited to present UT Dentists, a group private practice, providing general and specialty dental care,” said Thomas A. Servos, D.D.S., interim director of UT Dentists. “The dental professionals who will be taking care of you are faculty members who are active clinicians, educators and researchers committed to providing state-of-the-art dental care to the Texas Medical Center and the entire Houston community.”

Walter Knowles, UT Dentists business manager, added that the facility also is state-of-the-art, with top-quality technology, an extremely progressive infection control system and an emphasis on customer service.

Dental hygiene, general dentistry and cosmetic dentistry, as well as a variety of specialties, are offered in the clinic.

The UT Dentists clinic operates separate and apart from the school’s educational clinics and functions similar to a private practice dental office. Dental Branch faculty, who are members of the practice, will take off their teaching caps while in the clinic and focus solely on their patients’ dental care.

Hours of operation are 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday–Friday. The Delta Premier insurance plan will be accepted; however, the clinic will not accept any HMO dental plans. Call 713-500-4200 for information or to make an appointment.
