Book Fair Dec. 1-3

Work on your gift list and mark your calendar for the Third Annual University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston Scholarship Holiday Book Fair, Thursday, Dec. 1, through Saturday, Dec 3. Student scholarship dollars for all six schools will again be raised through a relationship between the health science center and the Barnes & Noble Booksellers store near the Texas Medical Center, 3003 Holcombe at Buffalo Speedway.

Purchases of books (including technical books), CDs, calendars, games, DVDs and other items, will result in financial aid for students. Sales upward of $10,000 will result in a 25 percent donation.

Those who shop at the Holcombe Blvd. store must identify themselves as supporting the drive and should designate the school their purchase will benefit.
