Molecular Medicine

The University of Texas System will sponsor a Molecular Medicine Symposium Feb. 21 and 22 in Houston. Leading investigators from University of Texas institutions and private industry will focus on groundbreaking research in genetics, genomics/proteomics, molecular imaging and molecular therapeutics for treatment and prevention of human disease.

Peter J. Davies, M.D., Ph.D., executive vice president for research at the UT Health Science Center at Houston, is a member of the planning committee. Watch for details about the symposium in the coming weeks.
