University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston President James T. Willerson, M.D., center, welcomes Rodney Margolis, left, Health Science Center Development Board chair 1996-98, and Bill Barnett, husband of Peggy Barnett, who chaired the board 1998-2000. An Oct. 7 reception in University Center Tower honored past Development Board chairs. Current board chair Brad Howell and former board relations director Gladys O'Neal unveiled a wall with photographs of each past chair, who received an engraved gavel in appreciation.
