1. SSc defined by American College of Rheumatology criteria 2. Modified Rodnan skin score score of >16 3. Duration of SSc < 4 years from first non-Raynaud's symptom 4. 1 of the following: SSc-related pulmonary disease or History of renal crisis or disease, not active at the time of screening

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of an automated massage device on lymphatic flow in persons with lymphedema of either one arm or one leg. 12 subjects are needed.

At least 18 years of age
Lymphedema in one arm or leg Women of childbearing potential must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and birth control must be used for one month after study participation Ability to lie on the back for 60 minutes Not allergic to iodine Weight less than 400 lbs No eczema, rash, scarring, or tattoos at injection sites
